it's not every day you walk into a room and instantly pick someone out because he seems to be towering over everything else. but with jager, he's used to everyone suddenly stopping and doing a double take to make sure he really is standing that high above everyone else. he's just another dish out of what seems to be a growing trend, no pun intended. but it's not just his height that's got those eyes taking longer to leave his face. you don't really expect to see something as... dark as jager on a tour full of punk kids. he can't help that he was brought up from hispanic lines. obviously it's good enough to catch eyes.

it's rare that you come across someone that would willingly open a door for you when you have your hands full. jager it the type of guy that's stuck back in the good old days and believes it's only polite to be helpful to the common America. now, it's not saying that he'd going to go way out of his way, but he'll do the simple stuff most people now of days ignore doing. he enjoys making other people smile out of thankfulness because he's helped them out in some way. jager loves helping people. most of the time, it's his own health that's in danger yet he's still worried about others. his own self image doesn't matter to him. as long as other people around him are well thought of and taken care of, he's generally okay himself. he's truly kind at heart; someone you'd like to bring home to the family.

AUSCULTATE
you can engage in a conversation with jager and know that he's always going to be listening. he doesn't blow people off and pretend he cares. he actually does. he'd rather be the person that's taking it all in rather than having it give out the information. sure, he's a good listener and such, but that doesn't mean he's going to word his own thoughts at the end of your explaining. maybe he'll just nod and accept it. he only gives advice when he feels that it's needed. sometimes, he just let's people talk and thats all the really need; to get things off their chest. another good thing about him being the listener is that he won't forget. nope, not even the smallest of details. he's got his own thoughts but he won't share them unless you really ask him to. he doesn't believe in giving people answers that he uses for himself. everyone is their own person, so he tries to fit the advice to that once person's needs.

BENEVOLENT
like any other southerner at heart, jager has a real way of making nice. he's sinsere when it comes it his friends and making new ones. he's the guy that you're going to talk to first if you were new around town. he's really got something going for him with how easy it is for him to just talk to people he's never met before. yes, stranger danger does still work into his ethic, but as long as he feels safe, he'll go right ahead and dive in. he can come off a little too strongly at times, but it's apart of him and you just have to learn how to deal with it. he always means well with it anyway. making friends is like coloring inside the lines for him. it's easy and it's something he's good at. if you could pick someone that was friends with everyone in high school, that person would be jager. over all, he's your typical nice guy that's friends with a whole bunch of people.

CHARMING
don't let that sideways grin throw you off track. this boy and really take you around the block with romance. he'll set the table and even flick out some of those matches to light them candles too. over all, jager's got a wonderful easy way of going about the romance. he's not one to fall fast, but when he does, you'll know it. he's got a way of looking at his special someone with a different kind of eye. he believes that the person he's in love with should be treated with all out bliss. don't be fooled though, he doesn't really believe much in the whole love thing. he's been triggered into believe that things so good can't be real. it'll take a lot to make him feel like that school boy again, but he'll get there hopefully. after all, everyone needs a prince charming. he's just waiting for the right crush or attraction to turn fatal and drag him under. okay, so not so gory, but you know what i mean.

FIGHTER
he wasn't a class first private for anything over there. when he was over seas, did it not only change him, but it made him stronger as well. jager doesn't give up. if he believes in something, you can count on him sticking with it. he's been called stubborn before and you can be damn sure that that's true. he can put up a good fight for anything, wither it be physical or not. he doesn't like having to put his training to use when he's at home, but if it's called for he'll do it. he doesn't really have the longest of quicks on his time bomb, but it's long enough for him to put out the spark before he blows up. one things for sure, if he wants something, he'll be bound to get it. he's not known for fighting fair either, so i'd watch out. his path can seem innocent but only the best of fighters know how to trick even the best of the cunning minds.

INDEPENDENT
doing things on his own came quick for jager. he grew up a little too fast and lived a little too much for just how young he is. it shouldn't of been him to have been shipped off. sure, he was just following after what his father did but it probably wasn't the best of ideas he had had. but at that age, he didn't have anything else to do. it doesn't bother him to work alone. he actually believes that it's easier to work when he doesn't have anyone else there because then there isn't any distractions. he's known for stopping things dead in their tracks when they get too hard to just go off and finish things off on his own. he's great at being able to get work done or solve things when he's got time to think when his mind isn't full of clutter from other people's thoughts.

OVERZEALOUS
ah, yes. the one trait that you can never really tame or beat out once it's there. the natural wild side that jager believes everyone should have. he was a great entertainer back in his day, and now, he still kind of is with the whole band thing and everything. he's not into the whole party scene so much, but big crowds and flashing lights have their own way of getting him excited. he's a dare devil, that's for sure. ask him on a dare, and i can promise you you won't not be shocked by what ever the outcome is. sure, he's willing to slow down when he really needs to, but other than that, it seems like he's running on a gas tank that never gets low or close to empty. hang along for the ride and you'll be into a life you'll never expect to be in.

there's just something about those big strong army boys that drive girls crazy. kimberly was a girl that worked at the local diner in a small city just out of huston. she was young, and it was the summer of her senior year. fresh into town was jared ozwell, just returning from a date back in the war over seas. brought to the diner by a few friends, the two hit it off like love at first sight. but all was not well in fairtale land. jared was due back off to serve his country, but before he got the chance to be swept away again, he put a pretty little ring around miss kimberly's finger. the young girl was giddy about marrying her dream man. it would only be a few months before jared would be back to walk that aisle with miss kimberly. well, that would be if he didn't get axed while he was off fighting strong for the u s of a. with her hopes high, kimberly waited at home with wedding planning going a buzz in the small town house.

returning home with a few new battle scares to show off, jared was proud to wrap his arm around miss kimberly's waist to accompany her down that white path of flower petals. a night escape to the far off land of cancun brought them a night of alcohol and good riddance with that new shiny bride on jared's arm. one tequila too many got them returning back home to huston with big news of a baby already on the way. with the newly wed's not having a clue how to raise a child, they turned to the good help of ma and pa. giddy over the new news of a baby on the way, both grandparents were more than willing to help. excitement travels fast, and soon the whole damn family was at the helping hand of the new pair of ozwells.

the next summer came 'round and so did the birth of a nice, healthy baby boy. jager thane ozwell was born with a set of lungs that could wake up the whole east wing of the hospital. the boy seemed to scream for hours if he wasn't in the hands of family. any of the staff deemed him the cutest thing they'd seen, but wished the family good luck with how troublesome he seemed to be just as a little thing. and who knew, they were right. by the time jager was old enough to be crawling on those pretty little knees of his, he was getting into the biggest of trouble and he didn't even have a mouth yet. the baby boy was still the fame of the family though, always in the spot light at family gatherings. you could say it'd been a while since they'd had a little present to coo over. in all good name though, the whole family got used to seeing baby jag but the spotlight was never off of his pretty little face.

going into the school scene, the boy was already deemed different. he had the smarts to wiz through the classes but not enough attention to allow himself to learn. he loved causing trouble and he was the most famous star in the bad boy scene. seeing this as a cry for help, the boy was smothered with more of that family love. he was sent off to a private school when the later grade of elementary came around, thinking it'd straighten him out some. but you put a boy in a room full of boys; not just any boy, but jager thane ozwell, and you were calling for a gang scene. always the teacher's finest student, but the adults worst nightmare, he got his way into middle school with a new thing coming for him. the bad news traveled fast and it was the last thing a young boy wanted to hear.

"son, your father's going back off the training for the next over seas occult." driven to become just like his daddy, jager thought this meant to star training. but in a different way. he used his fists instead of his head and look where it got him. he was the school's well known bully and the best straight a student they had ever seen. he was strong and he was tall, the best requested for sports, but always the biggest let down when he said no. he was a music kid and that's what he was going to stick to. moving right on up into high school, jager became best friends with a guy named jack danials and his brother, mariejuwanna. it was just another cry out for attention in his mother's eyes, but the woman was becoming more and more worried with jager's behavior. she believed he needed something else to put him in his place, but there wasn't time with the next round of horrible news that went through the family.

mister jared was on his way home from base camp due to the fact he had gone war sour. what's that you ask? crazy. out of his mind because of the fear driven into that thick skull of his because he wasn't about to go back to war. no siree, bob. just a few months of being home and he cracked completely. jared took the life of his sweetheart and then turned the pistol on himself. just a ring of the doorbell and a shot of the trigger was enough to leave poor baby jager alone. sure, he had other family, but with his issues spreading 'round the whole city, he wasn't about to go off and ask for someone else help. after all, he had a graduating cap in his hand and he wasn't about to go for a foster home being eighteen and all.

so, he went to the only place that would accept him. the army scooped him up like taking a baby under their wing. jager was sent to base camp for training on the war on terror. within just six months, the boy who was renowned with no family was being shipped off over seas to follow in his father's foot steps. three, long, hard years in the grips of death and he was being discharged back to the states. home. what was home? jager didn't have one back here. he thought that as along as he was over seas, it was better to die here than rest in the same place his parents were buried. so, he high tailed it out the minute he got back. he took to never telling anyone where he was from or what he'd been through, always wearing those dog tags around his neck as a symbol all on their own. he was going to skip to the next part of his life and start that great work of music; his only drug that he was on now. it'd kept him alive over there and it might as well do the same thing for him here.
